His day starts early with synagogue prayer and study, often before 6 AM, followed by morning responsibilities with his six children, including breakfast and school preparations. He transitions into his workday by 9 AM at the Anglo office in Brooklyn, where he oversees a wide range of business responsibilities. Evenings bring a return to family life, including shared study time and support with homework, before concluding with evening prayers. This daily rhythm ensures that time is purposefully balanced between spiritual growth, family, and professional endeavors.
What distinguishes Naftali Zanziper in the business world is his unwavering commitment to foundational practices. In the nursing home sector, he insists that regardless of how many facilities are managed, the same core principles must guide each one. These principles include operational transparency, financial discipline, and consistent customer-facing experiences. Zanziper believes that scaling a business should never dilute the basics that made it successful.
